Top 10 Airport Restaurants
If you travel a lot, there is a good chance you are spending a lot of time in the airport. And if you are spending a lot of time in the airport, you are probably spending a lot of time eating or snacking in the airport. Frommer’s recently released a Top 10 of Airport Restaurants. Although these restaurants aren’t necessarily the healthiest, they do offer people real food choices that go beyond the typical fast-food selections found in most airport facilities. Denver- B terminal itza wrap, itza bowl, brown rice steamed vegetables, tofu
Minneapolis – Surdyk’s Wine Bar – very healthy appetizers and fresh salads
San Francisco – Lark Creek Grill, Napa Farms Market, The Plant Cafe in the American Airlines Terminal
New York La Guardia – Salad bar – the first airport I have ever seen with a salad bar! Fresh fruit, soups, salads etc.
At Chicago Midway at end of B terminal- Pegasus has best Greek food, strong coffee- you will survive any delay on your west coast connection
